2. Licence

Mama Bloom Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes.

3. Wellness Companion — Not a Medical App

Mama Bloom is a maternal wellness companion only. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

4. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple Inc. Cancel anytime through Apple ID settings. 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use
• No reverse engineering or decompilation
• No use to harm, harass, or exploit others
• No circumvention of security features
• No use in mainland China (see Section 8)

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, code, and original text is the intellectual property of Mama Bloom Ltd and protected by copyright law.

8. China (Mainland) Restriction

This app is not designed for use in mainland China. We do not hold an ICP licence. We accept no liability for use in mainland China.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mama Bloom Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may provide additional rights.

Baby growth comparisons use WHO Child Growth Standards (2006). © World Health Organization. For awareness only — does not replace assessment by a paediatrician.

4. AI-Generated Content

Bloom AI responses are for wellness and emotional support only. Never replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Not a Medical Device

This app has not been reviewed or approved as a medical device by any regulatory authority including the FDA, MHRA, or EMA.

6. Crisis Support

If you are in crisis, contact emergency services (999 / 112 / 911). Mama Bloom is not a crisis service.
